How we look after your details
Short version: we only keep what we need to book and run your session, and we never sell it.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number and the details you send in the booking or contact form. If you book, we also keep invoices and session notes.
Why we keep it
To reply to you, plan and run your sessions, send files and invoices, and meet our legal duties for tax records.
Who sees it
Only the Fernhill team. Payments go through our bank and card provider. Form messages are stored by our website host.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for 12 months. Booking and invoice records for six years, as the law requires. Session files until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Get in touch using the email or phone number on our Contact page and we will reply within a month.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work and simple, anonymous visit counts. No advertising trackers.
